In 2025, Harmony ICAR firmly implemented BYD's global development strategy. It currently operates 137 stores across 25 countries and regions worldwide, 105 of which are in the Asia-Pacific region. The business development in the Asia-Pacific region has reached a new level, winning a total of 56 awards at the conference. These awards cover all dimensions including sales, service, operations, marketing, and after-sales, fully demonstrating the team's leading strength within BYD Asia-Pacific.
At the conference, Harmony ICAR's teams from Hong Kong, China, Cambodia, and Indonesia delivered particularly outstanding performances.
The Hong Kong team, driven by a courageous and determined spirit and supported by a comprehensive sales and service network, integrated Harmony's years of accumulated luxury service expertise into BYD's service system. By reshaping customer experience with quality service, they won the trust of Hong Kong consumers and secured the top position among all automotive brands in Hong Kong in 2025 amid fierce market competition. The team received a total of 14 awards, ranking first, with accolades spanning customer service, after-sales operations, market sales, and more. The Cambodia team achieved the top position among all brands for three consecutive months in the fourth quarter of 2025, demonstrating strong growth momentum. The Indonesia team won 9 awards, with three of its stores simultaneously receiving the "Customer Champion Award," setting a benchmark.

On the operational front, three Denza stores (from Australia, Philippines, and Cambodia)won the "Store Excellent Award," while five BYD stores from (Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, and Cambodia) won the "Brand Champion Store Award." In terms of sales performance, four stores (from Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, and Cambodia) won the "Volume Leader Award." In the area of service and experience, six stores from the Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia, and South Korea teams won the "Customer Champion Award," and two Denza stores from the Singapore and Indonesia teams won the "Premium Customer Experience Benchmark Store."
