On February 27, DENZA, the premium new energy vehicle brand under BYD, officially launched in the Philippine market with its flagship luxury MPV – the all-new DENZA D9 DM-i. On February 26, the Harmony ICAR DENZA Makati store grandly opened in Makati City, Metro Manila, marking a new chapter in redefining the premium mobility experience for Filipino consumers.
The opening ceremony was attended by local political and business representatives, financial institution representatives, partners, and mainstream media, all gathering to witness this significant moment. Since Mr. Liu Xueliang personally led a team to inspect the site in March 2025, the DENZA Makati store has received continuous attention and support, evolving from concept to reality. In his opening speech, Mr. Liu stated that BYD remains committed to helping more consumers embrace the promise of green economic development. Over the past two years, BYD has introduced more than ten new energy vehicle models to the Philippine market. He expressed great delight that the DENZA Makati store has opened ahead of the brand's official Philippine launch.
